What We Do
Rae’s Playze provides an organized day care program which supports the adult’s independence and promote his or her social, emotional, physical and spiritual well being. We seek to provide quality care services to the elderly and mentally or physically challenged, showing compassion, love, integrity and respect.
Rae's Playze provides a comfortable, friendly homelike environment. It was designed specifically to look and feel as much like home as possible. There is a spacious, cozy living room, a large activity and dining area, and a comfortable, quiet room area perfect for resting.
Vision
It is the Vision of Rae's Playze Adult Day Center to develop and enhance the abilities of individuals and help prepare them to be effective members of an integrated community. It is also our vision that our elderly population be treated with the compassion and respect they deserve. The staff and Rae's Playze is committed to our long tradition of uncompromised, personalized, and compassionate care.
Mission Statement
The mission of Rae's Playze Adult Day Center is to provide quality habilitative services to the Intellectually and Developmentally Disabled and Elderly population by promoting a person-centered, compassionate, spiritually based, and integrated approach to care.
Philosophy
At Rae's Playze, we believe that every participant should be able to determine the direction of his or her life. Furthermore, each individual should have the opportunity to be guided in decision making as to not compromise their health or safety. Every individual should have the opportunity to be integrated into their community, as well as, interact with family and friends.
